Utah Claims Pros is committed to protecting the sensitive financial and structural data of our institutional clients. We collect only the information strictly necessary to process your property claim, execute Xactimate audits, and communicate with your insurance carrier. We absolutely do not sell, rent, or distribute your data to third-party restoration networks, contractors, or lead-generation services. Your proprietary asset valuations remain confidential.
Information submitted through our intake form — including your name, organization, contact details, property address, date of loss, and estimated loss value — is used solely to evaluate whether our firm can provide meaningful technical leverage on your claim, and to contact you regarding that evaluation. Claim documentation shared with us during an engagement is retained for the period required by Utah recordkeeping rules governing licensed public adjusters and is then securely destroyed.
We use local storage and cookies to measure site performance and maintain active session security. You may decline non-essential storage using the banner presented on your first visit. We do not operate advertising trackers or share analytics identifiers with restoration marketing networks.
